We count visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses: per day, a count per page and per source. A visitor can be recognised within one day by an encrypted code that is deleted the next day.

What you send through the contact form (name, email address, company, message) is only used to reply to you. The form runs on our own server; no other party is involved.

instnt studio

Studio processes data on behalf of agencies and their clients. Which data, what for and for how long is set out in the data processing agreement you receive when you start.

For your own account we keep, to protect it: your name, email address and, if you add one, a profile photo; per signed-in device the browser type and the start of the IP address (the first three blocks), so you can see where you are signed in and get an email when someone signs in from a new device. We keep a device for at most 90 days after it was last used. An account that no longer belongs to any workspace is deleted after 30 days.
